Earrings modelled on smallest frog, Brachycephalus pulex, or Brazilian flea toad, don’t look like real ones. Anyway, they are silver with black diamond eyes and about 9mm long. #frogearrings #animaljewellery #brazilianfleatoad #endangeredspecies #studearrings

I modelled this one on male Nano-chameleon or Brookesia nana, was described in 2021, smallest reptile known today. He is more stocky than real one and shorter at 18mm long. Only two individuals were collected, one male 22mm long, one female 29mm long in northern Madagascar. They eat mites and springtails(smaller than them!) already endangered… #endangeredspecies #nanochameleon #animaljewellery #animaljewelry #chameleonjewellery

Attempted to make the smallest frog in the world in actual size. It is slightly bigger 7.5mm….Brachycephalus pulex or Brazilian flea toad was described in 2011. But it is not toad, it is frog. They live in leaf litter. They can jump well but during evolution to become small, they lost ability to balance when landing 🙃, lost some bones and toes. Already endangered 🥲 #animaljewellery #silverjewellery #frog #endangeredspecies #brazilianfleatoad
