🎂Three years ago today, FORGE launched with a belief the jewellery industry needed a new home. Here’s what’s happened since👇 What started as a vision for a small creative hub in Hatton Garden has grown into a thriving jewellery community — a space to learn, make, sell jewellery by independent designers, and share skills and knowledge. Over the past three years, FORGE has curated 41 monthly jewellery showcases, promoting 353 independent designers through a visible platform in central London. Many have returned to exhibit multiple times, building confidence and reaching new audiences. We’ve welcomed collectors, buyers, and industry professionals through 37 Private Views, creating genuine opportunities for connection between makers and those who support their work. Education has always been central to FORGE. We’ve delivered 100 workshops to nearly 700 attendees, led by 48 exceptional teachers — skilled, generous, and deeply knowledgeable makers and designers. Through talks and in-conversations, we’ve hosted respected voices from across the jewellery world, including @charleslewtonbrain @alexmonroejewellery , @solangeazagury @shaunleane and @mrstephenwebster We’ve supported 49 resident members through affordable co-working space, offering not just benches and tools, but a supportive environment where businesses grow. Our LINK-UP networking events, 31 so far, remain free and open to the jewellery community, supported by organisations @uknaj @presman_mastermelt @misfitdiamonds . FORGE exists because this industry matters, skills matter & community matters.
