Honored to be 1 of 24 participants in the past 6 months of the Barbican Renewal co-design journey with @beyondtheb_x , @barbicancentre , @alliesandmorrison , and @asifkhan.now . This collaboration allowed us to contribute towards shaping the future of the Barbican, and I’m so grateful to have been part of it. I’ve learned so much along the way and truly enjoyed every moment of the process! Here’s a glimpse into our workshops, ideas, and collective creativity. ✨

~Threads of Influence~
This publication explores the dual British and South Asian experience. A profound frustration at the lack of recognition afforded to South Asian women in the realm of fashion sparked this documented journey. It reimagines the prevailing Western narrative that is historically inclined to discredit our community.
