I still have stress, and then I’ll have to remind myself, ‘Bro, you’re good, you’re not homeless.’ Every morning, I have to literally check in with my body to tell it that I’m good, but it’s been easier these days, and having the lack of noise and hustle and bustle, it’s helped me to be able to slow down and be grateful for everything.
