There’s special 5-course menu created by Guadalajara natives @chefcorrochio (@corrochios ) & @tigrecetas (@ninelivesbar ), with special @drinkfortaleza drinks pairing by @bittercool . We’ll be hosting this dinner downstairs in @corrochios.cinco for ultimate chef’s table vibes.

Eduardo, head bartender at Corrochio’s, blending Filipino and Mexican flavours into something completely unique.
Sol y Luna — a cocktail built on contrast. Dark ube-infused London brandy against bright coconut tequila, layered with yuzu, toasted black rice, mango foam, and nutty depth running through the whole drink.
Sous vide infusions, toasted coconut, vacuum-sealed spirits… every part of it dialled in.
The result feels almost surreal — rich, tropical, smoky, vibrant.

Trust us when we say the R&D for this one was extensive. It was a tough job for our panel of michelada experts (our staff) but they persevered and landed on these 5 outstanding micheladas.

VAMPIRITO TAQUITO 🍹🌮
To celebrate National Taco Day and the return of our beloved Vampirito cocktail, we’ll be serving this special edition ‘Vampirito Taquito’ for one day only!
Our Vampirito is inspired by the famous Vampiro cocktail from Soyatlan, Jalisco. Driving through the town you’ll find a street full of vendors serving this iconic drink, made with Sangrita Viuda de Sanchez, your tequila of choice, and Squirt. Our Vampirito is pretty much this, just not served in a plastic bag.
This year National Taco Day falls on a Tuesday, which is a sign from the Mexican Food God’s that you must join us for Taco Tuesday, and eat as may tacos as you can physically manage. This won’t happen again for another 100 years*, so you’d be silly not to take advantage of this rare opportunity. Plus, we’ll be putting some extra special tacos on the menu, so stay tuned 👀

FISH ZARANDEADO TACO
This zarandeado recipe is in memory of our chef’s father Don Florencio Carrillo. We launched this hairy guy last week replacing our famous Playa del Dalston expecting some backlash but none of that came! :)
Seabass marinated & cooked in the famous Nayarita zarandeado sauce; cheese costra, alfalfa bed, peashoots, tomato, topped with salsa macha.

Sun’s out, tacos are on the grill, we’ve got the chelas on ice, and margaritas are at the ready.
Some of our covered terrace tables will be available to book online but as always most of our outside tables are walk-up only, first come first served.
We’re not silly, though - this ain’t México- and summer hasn’t quite fully arrived just yet. We’ve pulled down the winter blanket to let the rays pour in, but our heaters are still a-go for those chilly nights!
And as the days get longer, remember that our tables get sun the longest out of anyone on the Kingsland playa 🌞
