Corrochio’s X Donda X Koch Mezcal
At the end of November we had the privilege of hosting our first ever international (!!!) takeover in the most beautiful venue -

We had a 5-course set menu of some of
@corrochios greatest hits, including our XO Taco, Tostada de Camaron, and Califa Taco.

@el_mental_bykoch mezcal - featured our signature El Rey, alongside some new drinks we hope to launch on the Cinco menu this month.
Rewind 4 years, Corrochio’s was just shy of 8 weeks open in a little 30-capacity bar-turned-resturant basement space in Dalston. The Koch Espadin was one of only 5 mezcal we had on the backbar, and we had a total of 10 dishes on the entire food menu.
Never in our wildest dreams would we had imagined we’d be given the opportunity to one day serve Corrochio’s food & drinks in another restaurant, overseas. Mind blowing, really! Still can’t believe we got to do something so fun.
This experience is not without (a lot!) of thank you’s.

@ed_weirdooo - our head bartender in Cinco - who still managed to travel, and smash out 140 cocktails, despite almost losing his index finger (who we affectionately named Carlos) a week earlier. If you look close enough you can see Carlos 😂
Of course, none of this could have been possible without
