Would you like to play in the Cornwall YFC East V’s West Rugby match on Thursday 2nd April?
Training will be starting tomorrow (Wednesday) near Par for the East team and on Monday near Redruth for the West team.

Over the past few days, our Agri-Officer Tim Lyne, Threemilestone YFC & CFYFC Vice-Chairman Milly Bersey, Landrake YFC, attended the National Farmers Union Conference in Birmingham. A huge thank you to NFU Cornwall for inviting them & for your continued support of Cornwall YFC. Tim & Milly thoroughly enjoyed their time at the conference with the theme ‘Building Farming’s Resilience’. The two days saw various industry leaders (including farmers, the DEFRA Secretary, supermarket CEO’s, international analysts, professors, the list goes on🤩); give very interesting talks/discussions on a wide range of topics #NFU26

🤩CLUB OF THE MONTH🤩
Congratulations to Camelford Young Farmers Club for being crowned Club of the Month for January!
🤩Producing a cabaret act is not an easy challenge, but the Camelford members produced an amazing 7 acts. To top this off, they got all 7 of their acts through the rounds and into the finals!
🤩All acts were self produced by the members which is an outstanding achievement.
🤩Going on to win Best Performer, Best Supporting Performer and Best Producer demonstrates what talent and commitment the Camelford team have.
🤩 Somehow the club have also found time to rehearse and enter a fabulous team in the Commercial Dancing competition, hold a Quiz Night, go on some interesting visits and they have promoted an upcoming programme of club nights to their members!

For YFC members aged 10-17 from Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire YFC.
We will be returning to Shropshire for an action-packed weekend, staying in brand new wooden cabins!

The weekend costs £215 per child and this includes transport, accommodation, meals, activities, a weekend t-shirt and goodie bag.
Spaces will be given on a first-come, first served basis. We can’t wait for another adventurous weekend with junior members from across the South West!

To highlight the amazing work that clubs undertake and the fantastic achievements that members reach - let’s celebrate with a ‘Club of the Month’.
Decembers Club of the Month is ROCHE & DISTRICT YOUNG FARMERS CLUB
They’ve had an amazing December with so many fundraising events for their chosen charities and also given their members many great opportunities.
🌟 Held a very successful Tractor Road Run and raised over £2000
🌟 Christmas Bingo and raised over £700
🌟 Shared some Christmas spirit with wonderful Carol Singing in a care home
🌟 Had a successful Speaking Day coming 2nd in the Brainstrust and 3rd in Debating.
🌟 Held a busy Christmas Craft Fair
🌟 Learnt how to make Christmas Wreaths
🌟 Did some excellent promotion for their Christmas Tree collections

❄️ COUNTY CAROL SERVICE 🎄
Last Friday, we held our annual County Carol Service at Truro Cathedral. This year, hosted by Wadebridge & Callington YFC’s.
There was not a seat to spare, with the congregation being treated to excellent prayers, readings, a real life nativity, and a christmas poem read by the County Officer Team.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish all our members and supporters a very merry Christmas, and a happy new year.
