Join us for a beginner-friendly workshop with Elinor Eaton, Co-Founder of Micronomy, as she introduces the foundations of ethical and sustainable income generation for local businesses, organisations, and freelancers.

Together we’ll explore how to identify your audience, shape your brand story, and use simple tools and strategies to make marketing feel manageable and authentic.

Artist Call Out! ✏️
Creative Kernow are looking for 1-2 artists to join our bank of creatives to visually document conversations, talking points, and key information from a series of workshops during Autumn and Winter. The workshops are a mixture of internal professional meetings and community drop in sessions around the Cornwall Local Plan.
The images/illustrations created from the sessions will be used for reporting purposes, use in internal documentation (e.g. slide decks), and for marketing of future workshops. Any use in addition to this will be through discussion with the artist.

✨ Mentoring opportunity for Bodmin-based businesses! ✨
As part of Cornwall Council's Experience Bodmin project, Creative Kernow are offering mentoring to businesses in and around Bodmin. They are looking for expression of interest from those who want to develop Bodmin as a destination and see the potential of growing their business as part of the wider visitor economy.
There are 6 places on the programme, and you will receive up to 3 one-to-one sessions with an experienced business advisor and mentor.
The mentors are:
🌟 Dr Tonia Lu: A mentor for Creative Kernow Associates programme who has previously been a business advisor on the Creative Kernow Cultivator Programme. Over the last 7 years, she has worked with over 200 businesses from both private and public sectors.
🌟 Bethany Lyne: Director of Creative Enterprise at Creative Kernow, overseeing Cornwall 365, Creative Kernow Associates and our enterprise projects. Bethany has worked across many place-shaping projects, including the Tin Coast, Tresorys Kernow, and EXPERIENCE projects.
