š£ļø @elliecoleswim āTrinbago 2023 was one of the most rewardingĀ experiencesĀ of my careerĀ outside the pool. It showedĀ meĀ just how important leadership is, not only for performance but for people too. Youth Games environments are so special. You see athletes at the very start of their international journey ā full of ambition,Ā nervesĀ and potential. Being able to support them through that moment is a privilege.ā
@elliecoleswim has been reappointed as Australian Team General Manager for the Malta 2027 @commyouthgames , continuing her leadership in Australiaās high performance pathway.
Ā
One of Australiaās most decorated swimmers, Ellie represented Australia at three Commonwealth Games and four Paralympic Games, winning 17 Paralympic medals including six gold.

Following her successful role at the Trinbago 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games, she continues to shape the future of Australian sport.
