In 2020, right before Covid, I was lucky enough to get to shoot some BTS on the set of Everything Everywhere All at Once. I had no right to be there, and was underprepared for the job... but basically used it as an excuse to follow the Daniels around and watch them work their magic.
What a masterclass it was in directing. In freewheeling collaboration, in problem-solving under pressure, in action choreography, in protecting and nurturing performances, in inspiring their crew.
These stills are pulled from the 19 hours of material I captured over 13 days for A24. It's been so fun to see some of these clips work their way into featurettes and marketing materials and even the Oscar broadcast!
What a wild experience to see the film come together and take the world by storm. So proud and grateful to my friend @dunkwun for the opportunity to be a tiny part of the journey.
This obviously deserves to be its own IG post! So yeah, in April of this year me and @danylevich flew to London to shoot this cameo with the one and only Jude Law.
Without a doubt the most surreal birthday of my life.
Jude was incredibly gracious and I will forever be in his debt for the boost he gave my passion project.
I guess the idea is in two years I’ll show you the “after” progress recording
Thanks to @iamnoamz for the learnings + proddings!

Brother appreciation post. Don’t think any of us imagined life in our 30s would look quite like this. Or feel like this. Not that it’s bad. Just hard, and confusing, a lot of the time. We may be separated by thousands of miles but grateful to traverse this Great Unknown, for better or worse, alongside my brothers.

Always wanted to try this. First attempt at whistling harmonies, and first time trying a video grid like I’ve seen @jacobcollier and others do. Sounds a bit rough on tiny phone speakers but psyched that it kinda works!
