Gymreapers WZA Miami 2026 Inclusivity Panelđ

Last weekend, I had the honor of speaking on an inclusivity panel alongside some incredible people @anneka_allen@karl_aon59 and moderated by @wexappealpodcast
This is a more serious side of me that you may not always see on here but it matters.
Iâve learned how to have fun, show up confidently, and live the way I do through a lot of growth and continued growth and CrossFit has been a meaningful part of that journey for me.
In this space, Iâve found the confidence, freedom, and ability to fully be myself and thatâs something everyone deserves.
It doesnât matter if youâre gay, Black, non-religious, Buddhist, adaptive, or anywhere in between you belong here. You deserve to take up space.
CrossFit is for all of us. Not just a few of us.
CrossFit is community.
So letâs stop saying that and actually start proving it.

Today marks the end of my Florida chapter!
Itâs still kind of wild that you can box up an entire life youâve made and put it up in a truck and⌠move forward.
This chapter taught me a lot about myself â what I want, what I donât, and where Iâm headed. It wasnât always easy, and doing life on your own for years definitely teaches you a thing or two.
Iâm proud of myself.
Like⌠really fucking proud of myself.
No regrets. Just lessons.
