Iāve been gaining some new faces around here lately, so let me re-introdue myself š¤ Iām Manders, and Iāve been a nutrition coach + health/fitness content creator since 2016. My love for film, photography, and fitness all combined inspired me to document my personal journey in Crossfit and weightlifting - and now I get to help others with their own journey.
My biggest ick within the fitness & health space is fake ācoachesā, shilling products they donāt use, photoshopping/deceiving their audience in an attempt to sell something or appear a certain way. Thatās just.. not it š„“. One thing about me is I have always remained true to myself over the last decade on social media, even if that causes me to not be as āpopularā - you can always guarantee that Iāll tell it like it is & give you the no BS approach.

This is popping tf off on TikTok so I want to see what my other #wlw girlies think over here𤨠my ex best friend used to say that wanting to spend that much time with your partner was āunhealthyā or codependent but tbh I genuinely feel like it depends on the relationship? Laney Loo and I have very different schedules (she is a medic that works overnights) I sleep alone 3-4 nights a week, we have separate friend dates, separate finances etc. but you best believe if I have a free moment Iām choosing to spend it with her bc I genuinely LIKE HER. And thatās how itās supposed to be (if you ask me anyway!!!???).
I would argue itās more abnormal to avoid hanging out w your partner, or talk shit about them..but thatās just me š #lgbtq #wlwcouple

Nearly 10 years ago I was barely hitting 100lbs and at the time I wanted to ālook a certain wayā, but guess what? Cutting cals + adding cardio/MORE CrossFit wasnāt the answer. And for a LARGE majority of people, this is also true. Especially if you donāt really have a large amount of body fat to lose. You gotta come to terms with the fact that your ādream bodyā might weigh more than you think it does š¤Ŗ
