What a miracle it is to grow life in this way. I’m humbled by it every day. My incredibly talented friend @jessicajanesegal captured moments from our journey, with @jade_helene_xx dressing us for the occasion šŸ’• I’m so touched by the different ways that friends have shown their love for us and our little one before he’s even arrived earthside. 6 weeks and counting (at least until the due date)! 🐣

4 Months ago, many of those who make up the Sheer Collective had never met. Today, we’ve forged a bond that shapes the spirit of Sheer City. This is exactly what we’re serving you all this weekend - 6 dancefloors. 40+ artists. 1 downtown city block heaving with celebration….and a sunday wind down session to top it all off (braai and Bloody Mary’s included). Sheer City is what happens when long-standing underground crews decide to share space - same ethos, wildly different executions. You’re going to hear music you’ve not heard before, meet people you’ve never seen before, and end up in rooms you didn’t plan to be in. That’s the point. Tomorrow, it all becomes real. @thedeathofglitter @thetropicaldisko @milaroseandfriends @sub_sahara_ @ctemf @bridgesformusic Link in bio for tickets šŸ’‹

I love using Rick Rubin's transformation as an example because it demonstrates how quantum biology principles can literally save lives. His journey from 320 pounds (sorry Rick, I misquoted your weight as 400 pounds before) with a life-threatening aortic aneurysm to becoming a living advocate for circadian biology shows the power of addressing root causes rather than just symptoms. What Rick's story represents is part of a larger awakening happening in health and wellness - high-profile individuals discovering that our modern environment, particularly artificial light exposure, is fundamentally disrupting our biology in meaningful ways. While his weight loss was initially attributed to nutritional and lifestyle changes, he has adopted the principles of quantum biology as taught to him by his friend, Dr Jack Kruse, as can be witnessed on his tetragrammaton podcast with Rick Rubin, Jack Kruse and Andrew Huberman. We're seeing celebrities, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders quietly implementing these principles not as trends, but as medical necessities. We need to address the environmental factors that drive disease. Rick's transformation also highlights how quantum biology isn't fringe science - when someone's life is on the line, they gravitate toward what actually works, regardless of how unconventional it might seem to mainstream medicine. šŸ‘‰ Comment JOIN to join my community to learn more. Sunset on the Saturday at @wolfkopweekender , on the brand new Forest Stage. Disco, house, and a hell of a lot of edits. Set link in Bio šŸ”— Prepping for, and releasing this set was one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. Unfortunately, It’s taken me 6 months to figure out how instagram works, and select only 10 clips.... but I hope you enjoy whats been hugely pleasurable for me to create. A selection of tracks I’d picked up since I began playing music, some produced by very talented homies (@make.a.dance @joshludloworld , and some I’d been wanting to play for years but never found the right moment. Others had been unearthed over the course of the previous 12 months, absorbed from parties in Rio to Berlin and Lisbon. Shoutout to @el_gordo_za (El Gordo) for mastering this mix for me, bringing the mind blowing stage acoustics via Apollo AV and getting me on the decks those years ago, my own Mr. Miyagi - and of course huge thanks to Richard Marshall @aremarshall for having faith in me for this slot, and putting all the pieces together to create this moment for everyone. Indescribable.

The end of an era ā¤ļø We left East London this morning and the next time we come back we’ll be visitors. Moving here in 2013 was an uncomfortable experience but the last 8 years have given me more than I could have ever dreamed of. And the last few weeks have been the icing on the cake. Here’s to all the people who made this some of the best years of my life. Especially my 12/10 wife/fiancĆ©/best friend @shannon_maclean You are all the bestšŸ™ Goodbye to the big smoke.šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§ Here we come Lisbon. šŸ‡µšŸ‡¹

Burning man was for many reasons a short stint for me this year. On my last day I was heading towards the airport at black rock without much of a plan, bummed I had to leave my friends. A man named John picked me up in his art car and quickly figured out I was an idiot without a flight home. John happened to be the president of a charter service and graciously offered me a flight home with Jim - the guy in the photo here. Jim is a 25 year war veteran who trusted me enough to fly the plane for 15 minutes, taught me 90 ° rolls and nose dives and shared life stories while taking some pretty epic selfies. Jim has never set foot on the playa past the dusty landing strip and claimed it wasn't high on his bucket list but Jim and John were the embodiment of the spirit out there and adventures like that are why I keep going back. šŸ¤˜šŸ¼šŸ”„
