Mike wears a vintage turquoise tee inside-out in the film alot . It's in the first frame of the trailer and is a top I thrifted in New York when I was 16 🥹 . I wanted to weave in an item from an earlier chapter of Mike’s life, before his time sleeping rough. Something that connected him to his family, carried through all the years of addiction and stealing. An object he could never sell, not because it had no value, but because it was worthless to others and priceless to him. Something he simply couldn’t let go of.
