I’ve always loved incorporating storytelling into my artwork. This piece is my latest creation for the @hartoarte.fiau in Morelia. When I came across this mural, I noticed a bike parking space, and I immediately began brainstorming how to integrate the existing street elements into my design.
An adventurous boy finds himself in the midst of a thrilling lucha libre championship, but with a twist—two brave beetles are battling for the coveted corn trophy, a symbol of Mexican heritage. As the intense match unfolds, the queen bee adds flair from the sidelines, waving marigold flowers (cempasúchil) like pom-poms, rallying the crowd with her buzzing cheers. Above the ring, a firefly takes the role of the gaffer, casting a glowing spotlight on the action. It's a surreal and vibrant spectacle where culture, nature, and sports collide in the most unexpected and magical way!

"The World is My Playground"

Creating this mural presented a unique challenge due to numerous windows, limited space, and adjacent car parks. As an artist, I embraced the difficulty and turned it into an opportunity. After scouting the location and tossing around ideas, I developed the concept inspired by my childhood Japanese TV series, Ultraman & Godzilla. The mural features a character who is a set designer, along with his mischievous cat in a monster costume attempting to destroy the building diorama created by the character. I incorporated the parking area, using scale to depict toy cars. It is a reminder that in this artwork we are miniature figures in the character's world, illustrating how small we are as humans yet capable of dreaming big and achieving greatness.

Last year, Malaysian artist @cloakwork stopped by during his Europe tour. He teamed up with @georg_waibel and @philipp_daniel_walter_becker for a @cloakwork × @studiovierkant concept wall on Züricher Straße in Stuttgart-Hallschlag.
“BUY THE TICKET, ENJOY THE RIDE” — the iconic quote from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas stands for diving headfirst into a world of curiosity, risk and uncertainty. In many ways, graffiti is exactly about embracing that dynamic: discovery, adventure, danger and whatever consequences come with it. Once you’re in, there’s no turning back — so you might as well enjoy the wild ride.

It was truly an honor to be invited by @nike once again to create a unique series of artworks for the Nike By You collection. This time, the designs draw inspiration from Malaysian culture - its elements, food, childhood snacks, sweets, and of course, street influences.
I genuinely enjoyed bringing these visuals to life, as they brought back fond memories of growing up in shophouses and visiting corner shops filled with these iconic treats.
