The show creates a sanctuary for alternative narratives, allowing viewers to reconsider their relationship with cash and what truly is a primary currency for human connection. By blurring the lines between a gallery space and a fun fair, this exhibition invites you to reconsider the value of your version of “cream” and find answers within the exchange. These works do not depict war, but the quieter violence that precedes it—the normalisation of exchange and the ease with which destruction is funded. It asks not how weapons function, but why we support them so fluently. What would it mean to refuse this conversion? To direct the same ingenuity and resources toward sustaining life rather than ending it? Systems that could feed, heal, and stabilise are repurposed for destruction. Precision serves harm. Innovation bends toward rupture. We have learned to count in explosions. Each bomb begins as a number—approved, justified, softened by language. Not destruction, but defence; not lives, but costs. Abstraction creates distance. It allows repetition. Money is not neutral. It is a decision made tangible. Each note poses a question: what else could this have become?
