@frankturner and the @_sleepingsouls playing @rockcitynottingham last weekend ✨ I have a lot of warm feelings for this venue, from wishing I was able to go to gigs there as a rurally-stranded teenager to finally getting into the pit many, many years later. The floors are less sticky these days, but the vibe remains.

@davehause opening for @frankturner at @thescalavenue on Sunday night. Amazing set, marred only by a totally unprovoked attack by stray confetti. Watching Mr. Hause narrowly avoid inhaling it was heart-in-mouth stuff. Just another sign of Broken Britain.
