In an article at @punch_drink regarding well spirits, Neil Bodenheimer, owner of Cure New Orleans @curenola & Tales of the Cocktail @tales_of_the_cocktail , considers Tequila Cimarrón Blanco “the holy grail of house tequila … rich, with a nice acidity.” Seattle & NOLA bartender @abigailgullo also goes for this “industry workhorse,” as it “stands up perfectly in a Margarita, and has just enough earthiness and fruit and clean green flavor.”

Stretching from coastal resorts to rugged mountains, Jalisco’s diversity encompasses the entirety of Mexico in a single state. It’s the birthplace of mariachi music and birria, haven to expats and campesinos alike… but most widely known for tequila, the perfection of art and craft in distillation. #tequila #blueweberagave #agave #jalisco
