Mental health is shaped not only by services, but by the conditions in which we live our daily lives: our housing, finances, relationships, communities, and sense of belonging.
We want understand these conditions so that we can use them to inform recommendations in mental health support.
The following survey is designed to do this:

What a great night Friday was!
Thank you to @julielucilevelut + @twos.care for delivering an excellent fundraiser in Hackney.
Julie, a Paris-based designer, has raised over £1,000 and counting for our charity through the sale of her Zine, and the auction of personally-designed shoes.
We want to thank everyone involved in this event, and the first in Paris.
The funds will go towards our work delivering mental health and wellbeing support for those in the boroughs of Hackney, Waltham Forest and the City of London.
If you're interested in getting involved with events like this, or would like to purchase a Zine - get in touch!

Now based in Paris, Julie, a designer, is returning to London to continue fundraising for our charity in the form of a Zine Sale and Shoe Auction.
Julie has already raised £900.
If you're free on Friday and fancy coming along - get in touch!
See you there,
The hardest part about struggling is reaching out for help. Often we feel like a burden to those around us, so we stay quiet. That’s why I decided to visit @chwfmind for Time to Talk day, a day where we are encouraging people to open up to those around them!
