Since our earliest days a decade ago, our Founder, Roger, has been keen to ensure that our annual programme of engagement and development activities actively supports the development of young professionals and gives them a platform to collaborate. Apprentices are an important part of that group. As we mark the end of National Apprenticeship Week, we wanted to recognise the immense value apprentices bring to our Market. Apprenticeships are not just about gaining practical skills but about fostering innovation, diversity, and resilience within the market. In the dynamic insurance landscape, fresh perspectives and talent are essential to staying ahead of the curve. Whether in underwriting, claims, risk management, or brokering, apprenticeships provide a pathway for individuals to start their careers while equipping them with the skills needed to navigate the complexities of our industry.
