INTERVAL 2025 This month, the MAD Arts team and I created INTERVAL, a multi-sensory immersive dinner experience, to celebrate the transition from spring to summer. The 4-course seasonal menu featured fresh, locally sourced ingredients and edible flowers. Grateful to have collaborated with Chef Daichi @soupersamurai on this menu, as well as Sound Designer David @davidfriend_ for the moving soundscapes that brought the full experience together. This event wouldn’t have been possible without community involvement. Introducing CHROLIK For the past six months, I have been developing my personal studio, and now that I have graduated from architecture school, my focus is to establish my brand. Thanks to @fiu_ratcliffe and my mentors for guiding me along the way! @the_creativeeconomist @2urn_ @jacekjk With this studio, I am taking on projects as a spatial experience designer and new media artist under the name CHROLIK :)

Digital Archive (2024-2025) Throughout this past year, this exhibit experience revealed to me how an art process can also be considered a living entity as it evolves over time. Working with living plants requires you to release control, and in letting go, I allowed space for outcomes I never anticipated. Those moments of surprise became part of the work itself and I found better ways to work more intuitively. My installations have progressively become more interactive, and I love seeing how other people intuitively experience my work, especially when given minimal context. I kept the description simple, encouraging the participants to find their own flow when interacting with the floral real-time rendering ✽ It felt like an accessible way to teach people about customizable midi controllers and live VJing. Multiple people came up to me saying they could play with the keyboard for hours. Created a new interactive iteration called Signal Flow, inspired by electromagnetic currents. 𝙸𝚗 𝙲𝚊𝚜𝚎 𝚘𝚏 𝚃𝚘𝚖𝚘𝚛𝚛𝚘𝚠 This immersive installation transforms a warehouse space into a partitioned retro-futuristic living room inspired by the Fallout series. Held during a music festival, guests are welcomed into the refuge for a moment of reflection. Drawing from 1950s visions of tomorrow defined by optimism and technological promise, the work revisits a time when the future felt expansive and full of possibility. CRT televisions reference analog technologies that make systems visible and tangible, in contrast to modern devices where everything is hidden. Throughout the space, dummy-like figures reference mid-century test environments, positioned among scattered artifacts that echo past and present anxieties. Loops of consumerist commercials and fragmented news feeds are projected into picture frames, depicting the constant informational noise of today. “In Case of Tomorrow” acts a reminder that conscious choices shape the trajectory of our future, holding onto the idea that there is still tomorrow. ~~~ This is a collab project between artists @devoid_caliber_ and @chrolik for the @sightsndsounds festival Thank you to everyone involved who made this possible! Forms of Attachment at @earshot.nyc ~ We give flowers when words cannot express what we feel. This compilation presents floral projections within twelve physical frames. The frames suggest structure and preservation, yet what they hold resists permanence.
