#aboutlastnight❤️ we went off to ‘The Music is Black: A British Story’. It was the Lenders opening night and @mpphotos_uk gave one of her pieces to the @vam_east which will be there permanently. It was lovely to get a little historical insight into some Black British Music history but I can’t help thinking that so much was missing from it. However, it was a good job done by the organisers and congratulations to all the artists. It’s not often they are celebrated. Please take your flowers🌺🌺🌺🥂🎉

Its been a week but I just got the chance to do a quick little edit about last week. We went down to the @iconicimagesgallery where they were hosting ‘In Conversation with Normski’ it was an excellent location and lovely gallery! Add it to your list guys.
Like I said I am all about giving a person their flowers whilst I can.
In the 90s I Was at most of the Uk gigs Normski was at ( again I snuck out to be at the concerts)
And so it was always normal seeing him around with his camera. I knew him through association and his brother ( name dropping init!)
So if there was ever a photographic archive that I would love to see, it would be Normski’s collection.
The evening was such a nice cosy vibe and we listened to Normski give us a little insight into his life and how his journey began. He has some good stories in there as well!
