We were able to help over 25,000 families along with @delmontefresh , @theportofhueneme not knowing what was ahead of us we just tried to help. Got interviewed due to the impact I was doing in the community by @alyshadelvalle and
@georgelopez came on the interview this was not planned so I was surprised 😮

thank you for having us. We had our signature tamale bites and pandulce for the guest. Their was Chicano directors , producers and actors ,screenwriters and more what a great launch party !!! can’t wait for the event 🥂

During the national shutdown now, as we know it the pandemic, it was just as Chingon bakery was opening new location which we inquired two weeks before Covid not knowing what was the future then we get the news there a shortage of food and supplies people freaking out our Elders where been neglected
I was being reached out by different people around the United States and asking if there is a possible way for me to deliver pan dulce to their parents or grandparents because they’re having trouble getting supplies it started with 6 breads and a roll of toilet paper we were doing for a lot of senior centers at first
Then with the help of @vivaoxnard we were able to give out coloring books we were made aware that a lot of these kids were home for the first time with their parents and we needed to do something because some of these kids were getting abused
because for the first time, the parents and the kids were together at all times with no break and they didn’t have a safe haven anymore not going to school after school programs and or sports we were able to distribute throughout Oxnard and Ventura
Finally teamed up with my good friend @artimus_rex which with the donations he gave from @delmontefresh bananas , melon , pineapples we were able to help a lot more not only
Oxnard, Ventura County, San Fernando , Pacoima, Sylmar, Compton, Los Angeles county but then also out of state
We just tried to help love my city love my state tried to help
