After an unbelievably amazing five years, it is time to say goodbye to @sezannetokyo at the end of March. This period in my life has brought far more than I could have ever imagined, but the proudest achievement I have is working with an incredible team day in day out. To have conceptualized, built and led the restaurant to the level that we have reached has exceeded even my high expectations, and presented so many memories that I will never forget. To choose a few moments or achievements that stand out is an impossibility to me, and it is a feeling that will never diminish. Thank you to all our guests, supporters, suppliers, friends, ownership, team and the amazing country of Japan. Thank you again, come see us before it’s over!

I have been lucky in my career and life to be surrounded by great people and make some good decisions. To have been awarded three stars from @michelinguide is a dream come true that could not have been possible without so many supporting me along the way. To be the first British chef to win this accolade internationally also means a great deal to me too. Congratulations to the entire @sezannetokyo team for all their incredible work, and thank you to everybody who has been there for me, too many to mention, you will all know who you are ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sweet sixteen! Beyond grateful to be included in this years Asia @theworlds50best A huge testament to the team behind me @sezannetokyo for their incredible work year after year. A huge congratulations to all entries from Japan and particularly @lacime_japan for flying the flag. To be back in Hong Kong and see so many great peers and restaurants celebrate and succeed together, by putting on an amazing show, is incredible and I can’t wait to see you all next year!

Last month, we had the joy of hosting a very special collaboration with @chezcalvert of @sezannetokyo . Together, we created a medley of dishes inspired by the incredible region we cook in. Witnessing Chef Daniel’s creativity and precision firsthand was deeply inspiring, and it opened our eyes to a different interpretation of modern French cuisine.
