Two decades of moments we hold close, doing what we love.
As we step into a new year, it feels only right that we begin by looking back—because you can’t really know where you’re going until you know where you’ve been. This long-form film, created to mark our 20th year and first screened at our Group’s D&D, is an introspective reflection on our journey that began with a singular mission: to make our city more lovable.
We’re excited to share it with you, as it captures the people and stories that have shaped our path. From building the city’s first rooftop bar, to breathing new life into storied spaces across the city, it’s been our utmost privilege to show a different side of Singapore to the rest of the world.
Watching it back was a timely reminder of why we do what we do—and we wanted to share it in the hope that it reignites some faith for anyone who might need a little magic right now.
Special thanks to Sze Liang, Annette and Dawn for lending their perspectives to this film, and to @freshfromkenneth for bringing it to life.
With hearts full and spirits high, we look ahead with hope and optimism. Wishing you and yours a wonderful 2026.
2025—what a year! As we look to 2026, a heartfelt thank you to all who made this year—full of milestones and new chapters—truly special.
Weaving new stories into the vibrant tapestry of our city, 2025 saw the start and reimagining of several of our venues:
Claudine extended the warmth of home to La Terrace, Belimbing brought a fresh, new-generation approach to Singaporean cuisine, and our joint venture with Bao London marked our first step abroad alongside like-minded partners. Two of our longest-standing venues embraced new seasons—Tanjong Beach Club, fifteen years on, with a refreshed vision for beachside hospitality, and Odette, marking its 10th anniversary with the next chapter of modern French dining. Clink Clink also hosted Uncorked, its first event of this scale and the largest of its kind in Asia, creating a truly memorable experience for our guests and friends across the region.
This year also saw an evolution of the Group’s portfolio—saying goodbye to Esora, concluding our stewardship of The Warehouse Hotel and Po, and passing the baton on to familiar hands at OverEasy. Change is always painful, yet sometimes painfully necessary, as the Group charts its next chapter of growth. We remain eternally grateful for the unwavering support of our people and are excited to share our plans in time to come.
From all of us at The Lo & Behold Group, thank you for being part of our year. Here’s to a fabulous 2026!
A night like this doesn’t come around often. Last month, our company Dinner & Dance brought together our teams and colleagues from across the Group—a rare chance for us all to gather, let our hair down, and celebrate the people who make everything we do possible.
A splendid party, for sure, but also a timely reminder that our work is and always has been a collective effort. The true magic happens behind the scenes, where every detail is shaped by our people showing up with heart, day in and day out. That night, we recognised those who embody our values with Open Arms. A toast to our best of the best individuals this year: Aqil, Ying-Ying, Esther, Marcus Leow, Marcus Pereira and Ryan, alongside the many others whose work often goes unseen but never unnoticed.
We’re also humbled to be certified a Great Place To Work again this year, a meaningful acknowledgement of a work culture shaped collectively by every single one of our colleagues.
An event like this doesn’t materialise overnight—so a huge thank you to the team that worked tirelessly to pull this all together so that we could celebrate in style.
We’d also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our sponsors for their generous support: Aperol, Brewlander, Four Pillars Gin, Samsung, Monopole, Hideaway, iFly Singapore, Beyond The Vines, The Potter’s Guilt, Birds of Paradise, MORNING, Resonate, Gojek.
We’re already looking forward to what’s next!
