You asked, we delivered. The Tippling Club is extending its Canopy Residency with a third week - but this time
@chefryanclift is set to bring the heat with some of South Australia’s top culinary heavyweights.
Each night will see the legendary chef cook with a local hero with an intimate four-hands, 14px dinner in the PDR room at 6 pm. If you like to linger in the snack section, the festivities will move into the bar from 9 pm with a 4 course, snack menu available from 9 pm with both chefs serving up their most iconic snacks.
As always, the bar will be serving Tippling Club cocktails from 4 pm each day with a complete takeover - Tippling Club music, non-negotiable.
The series will commence on Wednesday the 3rd of December when Clift cooks with long time friend
@adam_liston , whose North Adelaide restaurant
@yakisan.88 has swiftly earned acclaim for its smoky, umami-laden dishes and high-energy vibes.
Thursday night will see Clift team up with Duncan Welgemoed of
@africola_soundsystem , whose bold, fire-driven cooking and unfiltered energy promise a high-energy meeting of two culinary mavericks. Expect a little chaos, the delicious kind.

@maxwellwines , whose restrained European sensibility and deep respect for South Australian produce have made his restaurant a favourite among in-the-know diners, will partner with Clift on Friday night.
The series culminates on Saturday with
@chefjustinjames , the acclaimed chef behind the soon-to-open
@restaurant.aptos in the Adelaide Hills, whose bold take on native Australian ingredients has earned him national recognition, who will partner with Ryan for a final night of Tippling Club.
