This might be Bali’s most unique dining experience… and honestly, it lives up to the hype 🕯️✨ @thecavebali is set inside a 25,000-year-old natural cave, with just 22 seats, making it one of the most exclusive tables on the island. We recently tried their latest menu under new Head Chef Nikhil (with Ryan Clift behind the concept), and it’s one of those experiences where the food actually matches the setting. Last night we enjoyed the official VIP launch of Canopy Bar and welcomed the sons of Tippling Club and @chefryanclift . A true celebration of what Canopy stands for. The home of delicious drinks, snacks and world class collaborations. You asked, we delivered. The Tippling Club is extending its Canopy Residency with a third week - but this time @chefryanclift is set to bring the heat with some of South Australia’s top culinary heavyweights. Each night will see the legendary chef cook with a local hero with an intimate four-hands, 14px dinner in the PDR room at 6 pm. If you like to linger in the snack section, the festivities will move into the bar from 9 pm with a 4 course, snack menu available from 9 pm with both chefs serving up their most iconic snacks. As always, the bar will be serving Tippling Club cocktails from 4 pm each day with a complete takeover - Tippling Club music, non-negotiable. The series will commence on Wednesday the 3rd of December when Clift cooks with long time friend @adam_liston , whose North Adelaide restaurant @yakisan.88 has swiftly earned acclaim for its smoky, umami-laden dishes and high-energy vibes. Thursday night will see Clift team up with Duncan Welgemoed of @africola_soundsystem , whose bold, fire-driven cooking and unfiltered energy promise a high-energy meeting of two culinary mavericks. Expect a little chaos, the delicious kind. @cheffabianlehmann of @maxwellwines , whose restrained European sensibility and deep respect for South Australian produce have made his restaurant a favourite among in-the-know diners, will partner with Clift on Friday night. The series culminates on Saturday with @chefjustinjames , the acclaimed chef behind the soon-to-open @restaurant.aptos in the Adelaide Hills, whose bold take on native Australian ingredients has earned him national recognition, who will partner with Ryan for a final night of Tippling Club. We’re thrilled to be hosting @chefryanclift for a two week residency at #BarCanopy with a complete Tippling Club menu and bar takeover. While Ryan was down for a site visit we were keen to showcase our bustling bar scene. Thank you for turning on the charm Adelaide, especially @bar_peripheral @proofwinebar @barbar.adl @latteriabar .
