For two days only, @instakrill takes over Bar Canopy as part of Tasting Australia 2026 and this one is all about the lunches.
On 8 & 9 May, guests are invited into Canopy’s private dining room for four exclusive sittings (11:30am & 2:30pm), experiencing a curated $150pp menu that pairs Orr’s bold, produce-driven cooking with the precision of Canopy’s cellar.
Optional wine pairings by Sommelier Henry Bampton elevate the experience further, creating a layered dialogue between kitchen and glass.

Our Bar Manager Lorenzo was feeling a touch nostalgic for home, so naturally we responded the only way we know how - by giving Happy Hour a very hospitable Italian makeover.
Adelaide’s favourite hour has been upgraded: 50% off spirits, beers, classic cocktails and wines by the glass, every day from 4:30–6:30pm at Canopy.
Consider it our version of aperitivo, - generous, a little indulgent, and best enjoyed with friends.
