Last night’s meal was more than just dinner — it was a gathering of friends, colleagues, mentors, and new connections. I felt truly privileged to sit at the table, sharing stories and experiences across generations.
It’s hard to believe that 10 years have passed since I left Per Se — a place that shaped me profoundly, both personally and professionally. It was there that I not only deepened my understanding of gastronomy, but also learned the true importance of nurturing the people around me.
That lesson has become the heart of why these dinners matter so much. They are rare opportunities for chefs from different corners of the world, and at different stages of their journey, to come together. Not just to reminisce, but to exchange ideas, challenge perspectives, and explore how we can collectively leave a positive impact on our industry.

Restaurant Story in London is one of those rare two Michelin Star restaurants that serves incredibly delicious food but also has a very relaxed vibe. Lots of surprises and mystery with this big tasting menu and very heavy handed with the white truffle. 10/10
