Feeling incredibly honoured to have hosted the @guildofchefs_oxford annual Oxford Guild of Chefs Gala Dinner @stedmundhall it was an unforgettable evening catering for peers and supporting of the two charities OOSO and World Central Kitchen I couldn’t be prouder of my teams. The dedication, long hours, and passion they poured into making the night a success truly showed in every detail. It’s moments like these that remind me how lucky I am to work alongside such talented and committed people. Big shout out to Dan @sehkitchen and Molly @sehservery for their support in running the dinner and Hayley for organising the drinks and bar after. Not forgetting Sue @suemccarthy63 for supporting me in running the event and giving me her years of knowledge and experience in running a big event at Teddy Hall. It meant so much to have my parents @gailwhite1066 @geoffreywhite037 there as well, who have followed and supported my career. Having my wife @neuro_spice_all_things_nice out there made the evening even more special. And to top it all off, it was a real privilege to collaborate with one of my oldest friends, who now runs the Guild Ben Gibbons @chefbengibbons Sharing this experience together made the occasion even more meaningful. It was a special evening at Teddy Hall which will be remembered in years to come. A huge shout out to @ronniallenphotography for the amazing pictures of our food and evening 😎

A huge thank you and congratulations to the incredible kitchen and Front of House team at St Edmund Hall for delivering a truly outstanding 58th Gala Dinner. 👏✨ Hosting this prestigious event for the first time, the team rose to the occasion with professionalism, precision and genuine hospitality from start to finish. Special recognition to Director of Catering @chefwhite7 , whose exceptional menu showcased creativity, skill and quality throughout the team at every course — executed flawlessly by a brilliant brigade and supported seamlessly by the FOH team.
