I’ve waited my whole career to make this announcement.
This Autumn, I open “74 Charlotte Street by Ben Murphy.”
A restaurant that wouldn’t exist without @wshrestaurants and the most incredible team beside me. We’ve built something we believe in, a restaurant accessible to all and something we can’t wait to share. The journey’s nearly over and the beginning is about to start.

Three rosettes and now the honour of being shortlisted by @nationalrestaurantawards for “Opening of the Year” it really means a lot to all of us here at 74!

She’s the warm smile at the door, the steady calm at the bar, and the quiet voice that keeps us grounded when things get a little too lively behind the scenes.
She’s been there since the very beginning, even back when I first started at The Berkeley working for @pierre.koffmann and she’s still the one gently reminding me to rein it in when the energy runs high… some things never change 😅
She’s warmth. She’s comfort. She’s home.
And we couldn’t be more grateful to have her as part of our story.
