Adam Smith x Spencer Metzger At Woven by Adam Smith, Coworth Park, Ascot Our second Collabs of 2026, complete. Prept Collabs, our collaborative dining series brings together leading chefs to support our mission: helping children live happier, healthier lives through food education. For this edition, Adam Smith hosted two-Michelin-starred Spencer Metzger (Row on 5, London) at his one-Michelin-starred restaurant, Woven, for an eight-course tasting experience. Guests were welcomed with Sussex sparkling from Rathfinny, followed by wine pairings from Penfolds and Rathfinny. Last night @chefadamsmith of ⭐️ (should be ⭐️⭐️) @woven_restaurant at the stunning @coworthpark welcomed fellow Roux Scholar, @spencermetzger of ⭐️⭐️ @rowon5london for a one-off collaborative dinner where we enjoyed technical excellence, precision, and modern British cooking of the highest level. The menu showcased the distinctive styles of both chefs, united by a shared respect for classical foundations, seasonality, and refined execution. This was a charitable event in support of @prept.foundation , who help kids to embrace a healthy relationship with food and cooking. In their own words “Rolling up your sleeves. Pouring ingredients. Kneading dough. Sploshing sauce. Enjoying cooking. All Prept sessions help set young people up with positive attitudes around food and cooking, so they can take these learnings home and share them with family and friends. Through the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts’ Adopt a School programme in Sussex and beyond, Prept supports primary schools and clubs with immersive cooking experiences. Prept supercharges the secondary school curriculum by inspiring students to cook. Monday night saw us @coworthpark host the @roux_scholarship final awards dinner for the 3rd year. It makes me immensely proud to welcome industry legends and culinary idols to our little home in the Berkshire countryside, and in particular this year @maurocolagreco as guest judge! @martin0carabott and his team joined us in the kitchen to cook the main course which was fantastic! Every single one of our team go above and beyond to demonstrate true professional, our love of hospitality and all with a smile! So thank you all! Winning @roux_scholarship was was a pivotal point in my career, and the dish I cooked in the final, Turbot jubilee has become a dishes we can’t take off the menu in Woven for all the right reasons, mainly the amazing feedback it gets and people booking from all over just to come and try it! Tomorrow 6 talented chefs will compete to be the one lucky enough to win this years roux scholarship, I wish all of them the best of luck and am excited to welcome the next scholar to the family!
