Now all I can do is imagine what @therealdebbieallen said on Playbill when she was talking about the creative difference she had with the director Terry Hands about the costuming. I agree with her that a realistic high school outfit would have allowed the audience to instantly connect with Carrie and her classmates' experiences. But Greek costume or gym clothes aside, there's no denying the intensity and excitement of this choreography by Debbie Allen!
