A home rooted in the Corbusian city — fusing eastern spatial planning with the modernist vocabulary that built Chandigarh.
Throwback to Residence 1065 that reinterprets multi-generational living through overlapping volumes, deep verandahs, and cast-in-situ concrete — a quiet homage to the modernist heritage of the city it calls home.

Conversations around The Global Synthesis —
where Indian narratives, resourcefulness, and spatial thinking meet the world.
From rethinking courtyards to redefining identity in a global context,
this dialogue in Milan became less about answers and more about how we position ourselves within a larger, evolving story.
Grateful to be part of this exchange.
Recorded conversation dropping soon.

The first glimpse of Residence 94.
Vertical stone lines, curved edges, a facade that moves without moving.
More to come.

Each frame captures a moment from House 242, where transitions matter more than boundaries, and spaces are felt before they are understood.
.
A living space that opens effortlessly—light, soft edges, and a constant dialogue with the outdoors.

A year of growing together.
This year taught us many things —
from architecture, planning and materiality
to time management, leadership and coordination.
It taught some of us how to manage life on our own for the first time, and reminded others that patience, communication and self-care are as important as delivery and details..
Beyond projects, we learnt from each other.
And that, perhaps, is the most meaningful growth.
Many environments. One practice.
The variables change—
program, place, scale, climate.
The constants remain—
light, gravity, nature, human perception.
Across residences, campuses, workplaces and retreats,
our work is shaped where these two meet.
Residence 242 is envisioned as a private retreat—
set within nature, where openness, light, and quiet shape a way of living that feels effortless and grounded.
Designed for those who seek space, stillness,
and a deeper sense of belonging,
the home unfolds at an unhurried pace—
allowing life to be experienced with calm, clarity, and ease.
Project photography to follow.
