As Mental Health Awareness Week comes to a close, we’re reminded that actions don’t have to be big to matter 🧡 Sometimes it’s showing up. Sometimes it’s listening. Sometimes it’s helping create a space where people feel heard and supported 🫂 At Changes Bristol, we see the power of community every day. 🧡 “Changes helped me through a really difficult period in my life.” We’re proud of what this community has built together — but we need your help to keep it going. If you’ve been thinking about supporting us, now is a great time 💌 Donate via the link in bio. #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek #ActionForMentalHealth #ChangesBristol

🏃‍♂️ Just a reminder that Liam, our Service Manager, is running the Barcelona Marathon on 15 March for Changes Bristol! Working at Changes Bristol, Liam sees every day how powerful peer support can be. Having lived with his own mental health challenges, he knows how life-changing it is to have a safe space where you’re heard and not judged. That’s why he’s taking on 26.2 miles — to help keep our free, inclusive mental health support running for people across Bristol. 💚 Every donation supports peer groups that have no other funding and help hundreds of people each week. 👉 Sponsor Liam here: /page/liam-cooper-king-3?utm_medium=FR&utm_source=CL&utm_campaign=020 👏 Join us in wishing him the best of luck! #ChangesBristol #MentalHealthSupport #MentalHealthAwareness #BarcelonaMarathon #runningforwellbeing #donate #justgiving
