✨ 1st – 31st May – Bristol Walk Fest - a month of guided walks, talks, and themed tours across Bristol, with many routes passing through or starting near the Wapping Wharf and Floating Harbour area.
✨ 1st - 3rd May – Spike Island Open Studios - artists open their studios to the public in a former industrial building just a short walk from Wapping Wharf.
✨ 10th May – Great Bristol 10K & Half Marathon - major running event passing close to Wapping Wharf, and a festival atmosphere along the waterfront.
✨15th - 31st May - Upfest - Europe’s largest street art and graffiti festival, based in the Bedminster and Southville districts of Bristol.
✨ 16th May – Surfers Against Sewage “Paddle Out” - a visible water-based protest and community gathering.
✨ 30th May – Celtic Gig Sprints Boat Races (Floating Harbour) - traditional longboat racing event bringing rowing crews, spectators, and a lively atmosphere to the waterfront.
✨ 23rd – 24th May – SS Great Britain: Face Painting and Family Film Club - maritime-themed face painting for children and cosy family screenings with ocean-themed films.
