Persona 29 พลอย ชลันลดา พงศ์พัฒนานุกุล ชีวิตในมุมมองของพลอย ก่อนหน้านี้เรามองว่า ‘Existence is pain’ ชีวิตคือความเจ็บปวด พอสารตั้งต้นมันมาแบบนั้น มันก็มีแต่คำถามว่าทำไมเรายังมีชีวิตต่อไป ตอนนี้ชีวิตเลยเหมือนการหาคำตอบ อาจจะจากเรื่องราวก่อนหน้าหรือตอนนี้ เป็นเรื่องราวใหม่ๆ เป็นการหาความหมายที่ไม่รู้จบ จะมองชีวิตว่าเป็น ‘ความสงสัยใคร่รู้’ ก็คงได้ ใช้พลังแบบไหนในการทำงานศิลปะ ศิลปะเป็นเครื่องมือที่ช่วยให้เราทำความเข้าใจบาดแผลทางใจของตัวเอง การทำงานศิลปะเลยเกิดจากความจำเป็นก่อน เพราะเราเลือกที่จะไม่ใช้ยาหรือไปหาจิตแพทย์ในการอยู่กับบาดแผลตรงนั้น (ซึ่งไม่ได้เหมาะกับทุกคน) เราว่าศิลปะด้วยตัวมันเองมีพลังของการเยียวยาอยู่ แต่ละโปรเจดต์ แต่ละชิ้นงาน เลยพาให้เราไปเจอทางที่ละเอียดและลึกซึ้งขึ้นในการใช้ชีวิต เราพึ่งพาพลังเยียวยาของศิลปะ และที่เพิ่มมาคือการส่งต่อความหวัง ความหมายใหม่ ๆ ให้คนที่อาจต้องการมัน Loei Art Festival เป็นยังไงบ้าง งานนี้เป็นงานที่เราอยู่กับปัจจุบันมาก ๆ เพราะไม่สามารถแพลนอะไรล่วงหน้าได้ขนาดนั้น เราตั้งโจทย์การทำงานกับพื้นที่ไว้ว่าจะใช้ชีวิตอยู่ที่ด่านซ้าย ทำบันทึกเพื่อเป็นจดหมายส่งกลับไปหาตัวเองในอดีตที่ยอมแพ้กับการใช้ชีวิต เรารู้สึกว่ามันเป็นงานที่ทำเพื่อตัวเองมากจนไม่รู้ว่าเราทำสิ่งนี้ร่วมกับชุมชนได้มั้ย โชคดีที่ที่ด่านซ้ายมีวัตถุดิบในการเข้าใจชีวิต ทั้งความเป็นชุมชนกับประเพณีบุญผะเหวด วัฒนธรรมผีตาโขน(ที่สำหรับเรามันโคตรพังก์) ผู้คนที่กลับบ้านมาทำอะไรเพื่อตัวเอง เพื่อบ้านเกิด และสปิริตของตัวเทศกาลเอง ประสบการณ์ทั้งหมดมีความหมายกับเรามากเกินกว่าจะบรรยาย เป็นความรู้สึกขอบคุณที่ยังมีชีวิตอยู่ และดีใจที่คนมาดูงานก็รู้สึกร่วมกัน สิ่งที่อยากทำต่อไป ตอนนี้เราตื่นเต้นกับชีวิตหลังความทุกข์ เช่น ความรู้สึกที่เคยใจสลายแต่ยังเลือกที่จะเปิดใจให้ความรัก ความกล้าที่จะทำอะไรบางอย่างแม้จะเคยล้มเหลวมาก่อน คิดว่าผลงานใหม่ๆ จะมาจากชุดความรู้สึกที่ทำให้เราอยากมีชีวิตอยู่และเรื่องราวที่รายล้อมมัน ความรู้สึกปลอดภัย ไว้ใจ ความหวัง อะไรประมาณนั้น ปีนี้มีผลงานใหม่ร่วมกับสนพ. feminist จากสาธารณรัฐเช็ก ผลงานส่วนตัวมีออกอีเวนต์กับ Collective ที่เรา Co-found ชื่อ @moving.weirdnest ไปงาน art book fair เช่น Printprint, Bangkok Art Book Fair และปีหน้ามี Taipei Art Book fair ค่ะ #ThaiPersona #Chalandala #Zinemaker #Zine #Loeiartfes

a snippet of ‘This is Where We Are (อยู่ตรงนี้แล้วนะ)’ screening this weekend (18–19 April) as part of TagTEAMS 2026 by @teams.mulch , ElectroAcoustic Music Festival at @bangkok_kunsthalle “to all the versions of me that once gave up on living” this is a personal documentary about my favourite art exploration; zines, live journaling, and sketching, alongside gathering sounds from friends (@andy.zua @cineeema and Dan Sai ambient sounds) I played an instrument for the first time with guidance from Varis Likitanusorn @varislii , creating improvised music to accompany my zine exhibition for Loei Art Fes 2025 @loeiartfes at Wat Sri Phum, Ban Na Ho, Dan Sai, Loei province. still feels surreal that I was able to borrow the space underneath the monk’s home (กุฏิ) and turn it into a liminal time machine, sending zines as love letters in response to a video I recorded eight years ago after being diagnosed with severe depression. this was made possible by Prayoon for Art Foundation @prayoon.forart and the people of Dan Sai, where life and death intertwine through rituals like Phi Ta Khon and Boon Phra Whet. everything I gathered from the 15-day residency that shaped my understanding of death and living is held in this video. an ode to go out, touch grass and talk to people this year — the cover and a few pages from my latest zine, ‘Go out, touch grass, and talk to people, please.’ a compilation of “up to no good” sketches and writing. things I’d never post anywhere, but lately found to be worth existing as a small nuisance and a quiet protest against perfection. made in response to the eerie feeling of ‘having to be cool to create’ that seems to hang over online spaces, and honestly, everywhere. i wrote this first around choosing life outside the screen, even when life out there can be frightening or a bit shit. then came the stories from conversations and people both from rooted communities and brief encounters, they all made it easier for me to feel part of life again. grateful for them and of course to everyone who picked this up at @bkkabf 🤍 more copies will be available at @taipeiartbookfair next march and some zine shops in bkk soon
