Somewhere in the world
Somewhere my heart is at home
Even if I want to tear my body
To a thousand shredded pieces
I think of this place to be
And poof, vanished, the eclipses
It is 5 AM
Future’s uncertain, unrelenting
The birds & the bees are dying
But it’s still a future I hope
Desperately to see unfold
That’s the only way I can cope
Under the wounds & bruises untold
Heavy is the shattered skull
That is cursed to wear a crown
Of anguish, ambition & apathy
It is 5 AM
The boots grow closer & louder
Day the earth stood still
And I see a world barren & greedy
I see a connected global struggle
Humans are divided & lonely
And a trillion dollar shuffle
It is 5 AM
There are no more emperors
There are no ethics or insight
The world has drowned in heat
The atoms sizzled away my sorrow
Billions, faintly, the heartbeat
Silenced in the winds of tomorrow
Heavy is the shattered skull

Its mud fertile, its grass green
It’s now drowned in echoes trapped

why was they talm bout a kanye tweet and tickling feet…
truly the sort of thing ai couldn’t generate
anyways i got to ask a question during the Q&A and @savbrown cried i think… my bad g, didn’t mean to disturb your consciousness quantum field like that
anyway this was a very interesting experience at @barnesandnoble and if talking about feet and kanye tweets gets the kids to read and get they media literacy game up, fuck it we ball
