Happy 2 years ago when we 1st popped-up under a real roof at 15 Essex. Much love to @sommwhere for taking a chance on us & giving CHA (or "tea") a starter home in a beautiful, intentional, warm space in LES (the BEST neighborhood in NYC!). Back then we pushed a found shopping cart 1.5 miles up & down Bowery with boxes of our teas, glassware & bags of ice every weekend to set up shop & make tea. Day 1 we served 1 guest. Literally 1 guest who lived next door and brought 4 friends. By our final weekend we served 100+ more. We have MUCH more work ahead in building this tea wave, but we are super grateful the community we're building and the openness to drink & energize better through tea. Thanks to our early & ongoing tea partners @kettltea@tecompany@harneytea & thank YOU, our guests, our tea heads, matcha lovers, coffee drinkers & every single person who has enjoyed a cup with us along the way!! 🌱🌊

From dragging 150 gallon coolers of tea around the city, to serving 3 friends to hundreds outside Seaport & weekend pop ups, to 25,000+ guests in our little LES corner bar, THANK YOU all so much for your support! 🙏🏻
