Since so many of you are new here, we wanted to reintroduce ourselves.
We’re Marta and Zsofia, founders of The Fertility Class - an online platform created to support fertility and hormone health through functional, science-backed movement classes.
We’ve both navigated our own hormonal and fertility challenges, and with the help of fertility-focused exercises, went on to restore our health and conceive our children.
