Can’t believe my biggest project to date was a new build furnished apartment complex in Turks and Caicos.

The world is burning and yet there are still some small triumphs to be had. This is my first multifamily design/build project- three years in the making. It was a joy to work with the clients, architect and construction team to make it a reality. It is long-term furnished rental for locals ~not~ a vacation rental which would be far more profitable for the client. It’s really heartwarming to work with folks who care about the places they invest in more than profits.
