What most people miss is that Michael Kirban and Ira Liran did not just discover a product, they identified a shift in consumer behavior toward natural hydration, years before it became mainstream in the U.S. market. Instead of burning cash on traditional advertising, they used an unconventional strategy by giving equity to celebrities like Madonna and Matthew McConaughey, turning influence into ownership and creating organic brand distribution at scale. Vita Coco’s growth shows that timing, positioning, and distribution matter more than the idea itself, and that spotting a cultural trend early can turn a simple product into a global category leader. IRAN JUST DROPPED ANOTHER AI LEGO VIDEO… and the internet is losing it. People are saying it somehow explains the U.S. government better than the U.S. government itself. What’s wild is this isn’t random content. These viral LEGO-style videos are part of a much bigger shift, AI-powered storytelling being used to shape narratives during real-world conflicts. They mix humor, satire, and insane production quality… and it’s working. Millions of views, global reach, and way more engagement than traditional messaging. This is the new battlefield. Not just missiles… but memes. And AI just made propaganda go viral. What do you think, just internet jokes or something deeper going on? @execute

A man walked into a Grant Cardone conference after pulling two loans just to cover the ticket. With nothing left for a hotel, he slept in his car for two nights, convinced that being in the room could change the entire trajectory of his life. When he got the mic, he asked Grant how to “10X his mindset.” Grant pushed back. The mindset wasn’t the problem, he said. Almost nobody is willing to sacrifice that much for a shot at something bigger. Then he gave him a challenge: walk out of this room with $500 someone handed you, before the day is over. What happened next caught everyone off guard. One by one, people in the audience stood up and walked over to hand him cash. The lesson wasn’t the money. It was the proof that confidence isn’t built through motivation or theory. It’s built by moving first, asking without flinching, and stacking small wins until you trust yourself to chase bigger ones. AI could reshape white-collar jobs faster than most people expect. A new report by Anthropic suggests that artificial intelligence is already becoming capable of handling many office-based tasks once done entirely by humans. Researchers found that jobs involving repetitive digital work such as coding, customer support, research, and data processing are among the most vulnerable to automation. While mass layoffs have not happened yet, companies are slowly changing how they hire, especially for entry-level positions where AI tools can now assist or replace parts of the workload. Some experts believe the next five years could completely transform the white-collar job market, forcing millions of workers to adapt, reskill, and learn how to work alongside AI systems instead of competing against them. Elon Musk responded to a post comparing capitalism and socialism by saying the problem starts after people “eat the rich.” His point was simple: if wealth creators are removed, the system still needs companies, workers, investment, food production, energy, logistics, and innovation to keep running. Redistribution can move money around, but it cannot replace the people and systems that build new value in the first place. Follow us (@execute ) for everything related to entrepreneurs

Josh Kushner’s story is really about timing, patience, and knowing when to stop operating and start allocating capital. Unlike louder investors in Silicon Valley, he built Thrive with a low profile approach, focusing on consumer behavior, software adoption, and founders working in markets that were still early. That strategy helped him benefit from several major tech waves, from social media and fintech to developer tools and artificial intelligence, without needing to chase every public trend. His rise shows how venture capital works at its best, where one early decision can compound for years if the company, market, and timing all line up. Poppi’s rise shows how fast the beverage market changed once people started looking for drinks that felt healthier without giving up the soda experience. Allison Ellsworth understood that most customers did not want a drink that tasted like medicine, they wanted bright packaging, simple flavors, and something easy to buy in regular stores. The brand grew because it combined wellness positioning with strong retail placement, social media visibility, and a product that fit the demand for prebiotic and functional drinks. PepsiCo’s $1.95 billion deal proved how valuable that category has become, especially as big beverage companies look for brands that connect with younger health-conscious buyers. The Power of Conviction: A Young Mind with a Vision. “Age is just a number, but authority is earned through unshakeable confidence and a sharp mind. David Fincher made an unusual call on the set of The Social Network, one that broke convention but ultimately defined the entire film. After casting was finalized, Fincher reportedly forbade his principal actors from meeting their real-life counterparts until filming had wrapped. Jesse Eisenberg, who had been cast to play Mark Zuckerberg, had originally planned to meet the Facebook founder in person to study him directly. According to reports, producer Scott Rudin blocked the meeting “on behalf of Sony’s lawyers,” and Fincher’s rule kept the door closed long after. The result was a performance that stood entirely on its own. Eisenberg, who has spoken publicly about being diagnosed with OCD, later said one of the hardest parts of the role was deliberately behaving in ways he had fought against in his own personality his entire life. The portrayal became iconic, but it came at a personal cost. Over time, Eisenberg grew so uncomfortable with being associated with Zuckerberg’s legacy that he reportedly declined to return for the 2026 sequel, The Social Reckoning. The business lesson sits underneath the story. Fincher understood something most leaders never grasp: too much reference flattens the output. By restricting his actors’ inputs, he forced them to build characters from scratch rather than mimic real people. The same principle applies far beyond film. Information isn’t always an advantage. Sometimes the real edge comes from what you deliberately choose not to know. Follow us (@execute ) for more 🤝

Most people spend years in school learning what to think, but almost no time learning how to think. That’s why the gap stays. These documentaries don’t just give information, they change how you see money, systems, attention, and your own behavior. Once you understand how things actually work behind the scenes, you stop being controlled by them. From how social media manipulates your focus, to how money is quietly made off your ignorance, to how disciplined thinking is built, this is real-world education most people never get. The difference isn’t access. It’s awareness. And most people scroll past it. If you watch even a few of these with intention, your mindset will shift. And once your mindset shifts, your decisions follow. Save this. Watch them slowly. Think deeply.
