A proper end-to-end collaboration with
@chrisjpavey and the National Farmer's Union from getting to the heart of their audience goals, right the way through to delivering a hero campaign across all their regions.
We went in knowing the classic tropes of farming on screen. Beautiful, slow-motion drone shots of the fields, a cinematic drawing of a peaceful life in amongst the natural environment.
In reality, we all know that's not the case. And first hand, out with the crew across a dozen farms, it absolutely isn't.
It's constanst graft, juggling the unpredictable. Not just out in the fields, but also behind the scenes adapting to changes in laws, costs. I honestly have no idea how they do it. It's simply incredible.
We set about capturing a flavour of that lifestyle in this. A cross-section of what it is to be a British farmer today and the work the NFU does to support them.
As always, a massive shout to the crew who took our ideas for wild camera rigs and flew with it!
