They say you will never work a day in your life if you do what you are passionate about, and I say, that could not be any further from the truth. Passion is just that thing that inspires us, but hard work and dedication is what takes that passion from a dream to a reality. Hairstylists are some of the most passionate, hardworking, and dedicated people on this earth. We, are the moms, dads, sisters, brothers, best friends, therapists, cheerleaders, mentors, wingmen, and healers in everyone’s lives. More then often giving and not ask for anything. I’m incredibly thankful to all of the hairstylists who came before me and paved the way for me to have the most profound career, in an industry where I can feel safe and free to be the most authentically me I can be. Where we build communities and share our gifts with each other, all with the collective understanding that what we do is to make others feel beautiful, experience joy, and heal the world.
