Years of chronic stress and unresolved trauma finally caught up with me and my health *oopsie* and it turns out being a workaholic, putting everyone before yourself and never seeking help wasn’t the solution 🙈
Battling chronic pain has been a really life altering experience but also strangely positive in the sense it has made me make significant changes and seek help for once.
Working with a physio, exercising, meditating and eliminating stress and toxic people has been essential to my recovery.
The healing process hasn’t been linear but I’m learning to have more self-compassion and patience. There is help out there and a pain free life is possible 💗
