The 5th book I'm showing from my 12 book romance bundle prize is Lost and Lonely by @alyssaroseauthor and it came with a bookmark! This is the first book in a romantasy novella spin-off...I assume maybe of side characters from The Fates Align Duology (Binding Fate looks like the first book) since the name mentioned in that book's synopsis is different from the names mentioned for this book. This is supposed to be a fast-paced book with a mentor/student dynamic told in dual POV. This is the first book in the Modern Legends of Sidhe series, an urban romantasy set in Ireland with fae and a hidden magical world! I love the fact that the main characters are adults and while I'm fine reading spice, I really appreciate that there's the option to skip the chapters with spice without it affecting the plot. I won a bundle of 12 signed romance books of various subgenres! 😍 Initially I was waiting for them all to arrive and was going to post them all together but I got impatient waiting for the last 3 😂 plus I thought it would be nicer to show them off individually, but I'll probably do a stack at the end as well. 📚 💕 My number of signed books has just grown considerably 🤭🫶 (pretty sure I only had 2 before this). {CLOSED} This booksta account is new, but I've been sharing my crochet on IG for while now you can see on my page @celestialdreamcreations I'm a light skinned biracial (black and white) Minnesotan very near the cities and am more terrified for the darker skinned POC in my community than I ever have been. This fight is not new, but the frequency and ubiquity is. There is constant racial profiling and detaining for no reason, detaining of so many POC here legally and with no criminal record. Our own black/brown off-duty police officers are being targeted. POC are sheltering in place and taking their kids out of school because they are targeting children. Cars are being abandoned in the streets from ICE snatching people. Peaceful protesters are being pepper sprayed and tear gassed and those who are bravely recording these atrocities are being murdered. I hope this crocheted loon and loonlet plushie as well as the bonus charms/stitch markers will help raise some funds for @standwithminnesota to aid those suffering the most from this brutality and who are helping to protect our community. I know many of us are struggling, anything you can do to help is appreciated.
