Have fun and make your lil zebra funky and fresh! This pattern is advanced beginner with no sew techniques used, described well with photos and instructions! 🐮More Cows🐮 Next up for @crochetbyapryl AmiguruMay challenge, technical challenge and Showstopper, plus an extra for fun! First up we have the rainbow cow from @jennscraftycreations with felt eyes from her as well! As you can see, we had a rainbow trend going this week but I truly just love rainbow cows and the kids always love them too!! I added a little ear tag as I had these in my get binder and it just seemed like the perfect little addition 🥹 The yarn on this rainbow sitting cow is parfait chunky @premieryarns and honey bunny @hobbii_yarn Next the technical challenge of the week, where we get very few rows to pattern and get to make it our own!! This was super fun and something super unique! It’s such a fun unique way to make a pattern and a way to challenge your brain! Now I’m excited to make the actual pattern and see the differences because I know there definitely will be some! And lastly, the showstopper of the week! This weeks showstopper challenge was to use bobble stitches or the loop stitch in a cow pattern (cow week!) so I made @abzies_makes palkin in rainbow colors!! Weighting the body with a small amount of pellets, using bobbles for the horns, and little rainbow eyes to tie it all together! Bobble stitches are by far one of my favorite stitches to use a for a more simple horn alternative! It makes your final creation so quick and it’s absolutely adorable!! Loop stitches are amazing to make highland cows but I ran out of time this week, however that’s another stitch to certainly not sleep on!! 🐮Cow Sploot🐮 I know I say it all the time, but arguably this is one of my favorite sploots. No matter what kind of cow I make it sells immediately! Cows have always been a huge hit and I don’t know the exact reason, but the sure are adorable and this one was no exception! I modded @snugglebeanscrochet Hewie the highland cow to create a spotted cow and it came out so darn cute, and I of course wrote the mod down for safe keeping 🫢. AmiguruMay Day 1- Meet the Maker + some of my patterns! 🌸 ✨Cover photo: trying to hold all my favorite bitty bobble baby patterns in one, even though half them are not in the best position it’s still a favorite photo of mine 😂 So who am I? I’m Abby (duh), I’m 21 years old and from Pennsylvania! I started my business off by wanting to crochet myself a zebra before having major surgery and during recovery I took the time to learn all the stitches and practice, but I got sick of the typical practice projects very quick and decided I was just going to wing it,😂 little did I know amigurumi was a whole other side to crochet, and I wish someone told me sooner! From there, I was off! In about a week I had my first 2 ami made and from there I never stopped. My partner in crime is my best friend and my buddy Rocky. He’s my strong little pup with a fierce soul, but he truly is my everything. We joke and say he’s part cat, but I really think he is 😂 he has a thing with yarn….anytime he gets a hold of a skein it becomes a pillow and you simply can’t take it away from him, so that’s the end of using that one! My favorite color is light purple, I love a sweet treat but my favorite thing is anything frozen! You’ll find me talk about having my nightly popsicle all the time, half the time it’s because it dripped all over my phone mid conversation, but it still hasn’t changed 🤣 I LOVE, and I mean LOVE Disney, it is my absolute favorite thing. I collect loungeflys and stitch plushies, I have over 25 loungefly backpacks (although happy to say for all my chronic illnesses girlies out there they fit an iv pump and fluids perfectly so they have a very good use 😉), and I have over 60 stitch plushies, every single one a different theme, different colors and sizes, and they are my pride and joy! Alongside those two main collections I also love any Disney plushies in general and have a few of my other favorite characters, and now because of my business and my love for crochet I can confidently say I’m a yarn collector as well 🫡.
