Athletes don’t just need to perform. They need to stay available. Longevity matters more than how the body looks. Can you perform well and do it consistently over time? Seasons are long. Offseasons are even longer. Your body has to hold up through all of it. These athletes trusted ALYND for recovery, treatment, and movement work to help them stay healthy, move better, and perform consistently. Some I train. Some have their own trainers. But the goal is always the same. Keep the body durable and available. Performance is important. Availability is everything. #thealyndeffect #availibilityisthebestability #athlete #getalynd

ALYND is expanding. šŸ“ Springfield, VA. @deontelamar and @ced.mcfadden have officially partnered to bring the Alynd standard to Virginia. Building on the foundation Deonte has already created through his work with athletes and clients in the area. This next phase is about alignment. Same vision. Same system. Same results. At our newest location, we’re bringing everything Alynd is built on: • Performance-based strength training • Semi-private & 1-on-1 coaching • Soft tissue & recovery treatment • HYROX Training • Programming designed around how your body moves This isn’t just a new location, it’s an extension of what we’ve already built in Maryland. Virginia, you’re up. Get ALYND.

Grateful and blessed to be part of @teamafterone for The Speed Project — an unsanctioned run from LA to Vegas. Fun moments. Tough moments. Delirious moments. Wrong turns. No sleep. Sleep running. Injuries. Sleep Driving (me). Overall great time. Shoutout to our whole squad! Everybody was locked in and I found new family on this trip. Personally, I never thought I’d be doing some crazy shxt like this lol… but this trip taught me a lot about myself and how to be selfless. Pushed mentally, physically, and professionally. And lord knows I’m about to take things up a notch after this one. Oh and yeah… I’m a runner now šŸ˜‚šŸƒšŸ¾ā€ā™‚ļø Ain’t no turning back.

Sports today look very different than they did years ago. Many athletes now play one sport almost year-round — from youth travel teams to longer college and professional seasons. More games. More practices. More mileage on the body. Because of that, training and recovery have to be intentional. Off-season work builds the foundation. In-season work helps maintain strength and durability. Performance training like speed, explosiveness, and advanced drills are important. But it works best when it’s built on a foundation of movement quality, strength, and stability. When that base isn’t there, fatigue builds, movement breaks down, and injuries often show up mid-season. Preparation. Workload. Recovery. All part of the equation. Just something for athletes, parents, and coaches to think about.

HYROX DC showed out this weekend. šŸ’ŖšŸ¾šŸ”„ To everyone who competed. Major respect. That race takes serious grit. But if your body is feeling it today… you’re not alone. For the rest of March, HYROX participants get 30% off Soft Tissue Therapy sessions at ALYND. Recover properly so you can get back to training sooner. Use code: ā€œHYROXā€ when booking and show your race patch at your appointment. šŸ“ALYND Studios DC & Landover Locations
