Big addition to the ALYND team in Landover, MD. Former NFL athlete Anthony Chesley Jr. is officially joining ALYND Studios as a Personal Trainer. With a 5-year NFL career and 15+ years in fitness, Tony brings experience, leadership, energy, and attention to detail into every session. His background ranges from working with senior citizens to helping athletes and everyday individuals improve performance, movement, strength, and overall wellness. Along with training, Tony also has a strong focus on plant-based nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits for those looking to improve how they fuel and take care of their body.
