What’s on your Summer Bucket List? ☀️ I know it’s still Spring, and I’m very much enjoying it before the weather inevitably heats up and Chicago Summer Chaos ™ ensues. However, I’m also a planner, and I think it’s really good to have things to look forward to.

🍀 find a four leaf clover (oops, already did it – but i’m still searching every day)
🍀 go bird watching with my new binoculars
🍀 go to a psychic (carried over from last year)

Start a mail club they said… it’ll be fun they said… sure… sure…
Jk, it is pretty fun for the most part. I love all the tactile parts of this process. Drawing the imagery, printing it at @lotsa.fun , using my paper folder, and packing all the envelopes with friends.
It can be easy to lose sight of the fun when you’re in the weeds, but try to remember why you started the thing in the first place!

Last week I shared my first sketchbook tour on Substack. I plan to share these once a month going forward. This sketchbook was started in 2024, set down, and then finished in 2026.
