as we all emerge from our decompression cocoons
like phoenix’s arising
amidst the ash and inferno
we rise again to face our fears
despite the hardship and internal interruptions
the volcano erupts and oozes
hot lava of lovely emotions
spewing onto the desert floor
hardening and then disintegrating
like a flower blooming
over and over again
we rise, we rise again
our hearts over pouring as well
oozing out like a butterfly awakening
from it’s hard shell and small home
thrown into life whole heartedly
fighting against the wind
gaining speed
flapping along
oh how beautiful it all is
and how strong we all have become 🦋
the energy from this years circle was UNREAL. how badass are we?!? 🥵🥵🥵 honestly what a whirlwind of emotion that prefaced this performance but
